1) How many homes have you sold in the last 12–24 months?

I personally sell 24–30 homes per year, representing $10M+ in annual volume and over $100M in career sales. I'm a consistent Top Producer at the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.

Many “top agents” in the area do huge volume — but clients are almost always passed to one of their 10–20 junior agents. My business model is intentionally different:

When you hire me, you get me. I have one other licensed agent for showing support, and the rest of the team is administrative. You will never be handed off to someone inexperienced.

My approach is highly personal: I drive clients around to show schools, parks, beaches, restaurants, commutes, and family activities so you understand the community through a local’s eyes. I provide block-by-block insight you simply can’t get online.
